Responsibilities:

• Coordinate design, approval and execution of marketing programs
• Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
• Maintain dealer intranet portal – send weekly newsletter, add new content, etc.
• Assisting in preparation for dealer meetings
• Issuing invoices and/or credits to dealers
• Assisting with website content creation – development, proofing & approval
• Assist in maintaining company and dealer websites
• Gather and analyze online conversions – website traffic, page views, phone calls, etc.
• Provide client service support to dealers across Ontario
• Assist in developing and executing social media schedule

Qualifications:

• Secondary school diploma
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing
• Experience with administrative duties such as invoicing, collecting data and working closely with customers
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of website and digital reporting tools (WordPress, Google Analytics)
• Ability to work on your own and detail orientated
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to exhibit creativity and resourcefulness
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals would be an asset
