Tirecraft is a proudly Canadian owned and operated expert in tires and automotive services. We are presently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Store Administrator. You will be providing overflow support to existing full-time Administrators in three separate locations (Simcoe Tirecraft and Al’s Tirecraft; Ingersoll and Burgessville). The position is located at Al’s Tirecraft, Burgessville ON. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and capable of changing direction quickly. They are customer service orientated, flexible, and must have a willingness to be adaptable.

• Responsibilities:
• Support existing Store Administrators with any required administrative duties and functions
• Input and post payables
• Balancing Statements
• Assist cheque run preparation
• Run and process reports connecting to accrued cleanup, supplier returns, warranty, cores, and rebates
• Arrange and complete collection calls for over due accounts (30 days past due)
• Distribute weekly Work In Process, WIP reports to all three locations
• Complete month end reports and month end statements for all three locations
• Assist in future projects regarding process improvement efforts
• Cover for Administrator’s time away

Qualifications:

• Business accounting/bookkeeping diploma/certificate or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience handling accounting within a retail environment.
• Previous experience supporting multiple locations is an asset
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Strong computer skills and accounting /financial knowledge.
• Hands on experience with accounting software.
