All told, Fosuo was quoted $19,000 plus taxes to replace the engine on his commercial truck, which put the electrician out of work for the time being.

“I don’t think I have the money to pay for something like that,” Fosuo told CTV News. “Unfortunately, that vehicle will have to go to scrap.”
