Not my favorite shop, but they got my car in and the work seems like it was done properly. Employees were pleasant. I would have appreciated a little more communication, however the place was busy. Prices were higher than quoted at a different shop, but still reasonable and fair.

The only place I will go for tire installation and balancing. I think they do about the best wheel balance I've ever had. Pricing is competitive and no damage to the rims. I go there because they seem to care more for the vehicle than other places.

I recently purchased a set of Falken Wildpeaks for my lifted WRX and I couldn't be happier. The price was competitive and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. These tires were so much better than the K02's they replaced, I noticed the difference in the first 10' of driving. Thanks again!

I recently broke my foot and have a hard time putting air in my tires. They helped me without hesitation. When it is time to replace my tires, I will definitely be going here.

Great service! I went here about a year ago for some major repairs on my car. They were lovely to deal with from the first call to pickup. A year later I am back with them again now that I need some more, unrelated repairs. Still incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!

I bought a used John Cooper Works Mini last year. Overall in good shape but the cruise control didn’t work & it had a stumble when first accelerating. The dealership estimated close to $1,000 to replace the controls for the cruise & almost double that for injector work. I took it to Fanshawe Motors, where Adrian & the team were able to pull things apart, clean & repair for a fraction of the cost. I also experienced a flat on one of the run flats near the end of the season. They were able to repair the tire to keep me running until storing for the winter. I knew the tires would need replacing this year & the brakes likely needed some attention. Adrian recommended a time in the spring to contact him when sales are typically the best. I followed up on that & he was right on. He made a recommendation for a different type of tire that would really enhance the little JCW’s performance. Two days later they had the new tires on, rear pads changed, braking balanced, a fresh oil change to begin the season & a little issue with the front end addressed. They also accommodated me with an after hours pick up. After taking the Mini for a good test run, I can tell you that Adrian was spot on with all his recommendations. I can’t believe this is the same vehicle. He’s put all the fun factor back into the JCW & then some. I know my little Mini is in good hands with Fanshawe Motors & would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience here today. Staff were able to squeeze me in for an oil change before I store my car for the winter. The owner came out and and introduced himself to me when I was paying my bill. We chatted for a bit and you can tell he's passionate about what he does. Parking lot had a few high spec Benz's and BMWs. Garage is spotless. Got a quote on winter tires and the pricing is very competitive (matched Canadian Tire, Costco, etc.)
