Each of these small cuts acts as a biting edge that will lock together to increase stiffness in the tread block so you will have more responsive handling and better driving feedback. The rubber compound is designed to remain flexible in extremely cold weather so you won’t experience any loss of traction through winter. The extended tread footprint puts more rubber on the road for greater traction in every possible condition.
