Recently brought a 2017 vehicle I purchased from a friend, and called TireCraft, to have a safety inspection completed on it. Called the shop and was immediately scheduled. I knew the vehicle needed new tires going in. The shop has a friendly atmosphere and the owner is a pleasure to deal with. Offered fair prices, and time lines. Overall a wonderful experience and will be returning for any future work needed on my vehicles. Was definitely treated fairly and honestly.

Ian and staff.......... Awesome... Had tire going flat and was on the road traveling with work and defiantly wouldn't of made it home....... Stopped in and they took care of me immediately and I was on my way....... Even the bill for their service was more than reasonable.. It so nice to actually get good service these days.... We called to book an appointment for a Saturday weeks in advance to have two cars have their winter tires removed and have their summer tires put on. We showed up to the appointment with both our vehicles, and the place was closed. My husband called and we were informed that there was a miscommunication, and they were unaware that there were any appointments booked today. My husband had proof that the appointment was booked for that day so they did try to honour it and they asked us to wait and somebody would arrive shortly. We waited almost an hour for someone to show up to do the tire swap. We were quoted $100 plus tax for full tire swap, so we were expecting $226 to be the final bill. However, we ended up paying $270. The only reason they got two stars was because they did show up and tried to rectify their mistake. However, this place is extremely unorganized and we were charged more than we were quoted, which was ridiculous considering the fact that they made us wait in the parking lot for an hour for someone to come and do the appointment that they forgot that they had. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this place.

Great service, fair prices. None of those garbage charges you see at other garages like $35 brake fluid and $$ “diagnostic fees” for something as obvious as failing brakes. Would highly recommend.

Good prices and fast service. I did most of what i could online, including selecting the tires and paying for the deposit (with Amex). However at the store, I could not pay for the remainder with the same Amex card because they don't take it. It would be nice if the Alliston store accepted Amex.

Got 4 new BFG KO2 tires mounted and installed on my ram and they look great. I am happy with my service. This shop was very friendly professional And quick. I gave 4 stars not 5 only because after I got into my truck it smelled like someone was smoking in my vehicle Other than that. Great shop.
