A little over a week ago I recommended my mom to go here for her oil change and to have her engine light scanned just to see what's up. Afterwards I was gonna change her headlight and order the parts to fix engine light because I don't own a scanner. We just got around to getting the parts it needs and on her way over her oil light came on which was odd so we took a look and it was jet black and low, she was charged for an oil change that never happened, charged to replace a headlight that I was going to without her permission. Needless to say I'm very upset with how she was treated and how she was charged for work that did not happen.

Great place for tire replacement and automotive repairs. I have found them to be knowledgeable, and pricing is reasonable in today's overpriced market. I have purchased my last three sets of tires here.

I had a stuck brake pad after a less than perfect DIY brake job, the wheel bearing started a low rumble due to heat. I was worried about needing a new bearing installed, they freed up the caliper, fixed the binding pad, which stopped the heat which fixed the bad bearing noise.... And they just asked for, I think it was $25! Thanks for getting me out of a bind!

I just bought a brand new set of Cooper all weather tires for my Tacoma and they look great. I've bought a set of tires from these guys years before and I'm still impressed with the great and friendly service they provide. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new tires at a reasonable price, and I would definitely go back to them in the future.

Just wanted to leave a review here and say how impressed I was dealing with this company, it was my first time there, and will definitely be back. ALL the staff at Bertie Tire (especially Kelly) are so polite, professional, and very helpful. Also I appreciate their attention to detail and just how organized they are, I was in and out (seasonal tire change over ) ; what a refreshing experience as most places now a days have terrible customer service, thank you Bertie Tire staff.

Very reasonable prices, appointments are able to be scheduled quite quickly, not months of waiting for your car repairs, maintenance or tire changes like other shops.

Even though I moved away it's still worth the trip twice a year to get my tires changed and stored. The friendliest team I've ever met, never any issues, and fair prices. A 10/10, highly recommended.

Brought my car in for a new set of tire and an alignment. There was an accident during the work that resulted in damage to my car. Without hesitation the owner Mike reached out to me informing me of the situation. Upon arriving he came out, showed me the damage and without a word from me, offered such a generous compensation that I felt bad accepting. 100% took care of the situation, owned the issue and made me whole. 10/10 service and has guaranteed a life long customer. Would recommend Mike and his shop to anyone. Accidents happen and Mike made sure I was taken care of.
