I am a professional truck driver, and do a lot of personal driving wirh my own vehicle. I have been putting an average of 40000 km a year on my vehicle for the past 20 years. This by far has been the most professional attention to detail, efficient tire purchasing and tire mounting experience I have ever had period. I went there because I had a flat. When they were finished they even put my jack and spare tire back in its place. This is my tire shop no one else compares.

Discovered a slow leak in RR trailer tire. Stopped at big Canadian Tire store early am before they were busy, and told them I needed a tire repaired. "On a trailer? Oh, we don't work on trailers. We can't do that. We don't have the equipment to remove a wheel from a trailer." A tire store without a floor jack??? They DID refer me to CASSELMAN TIRE, less than a km away. In & out in <45 minutes: removed a broken screw; removed tire from wheel & professionally repaired with a one-piece plug/patch. Checked & adjusted air in all 4 tires to my requested pressure. Invoiced and paid in 6 minutes. Friendly, professional, responsive, efficient, and REASONABLY priced work. Highly recommended. Thanks for getting us safely back on the road.

Had a really great experience with Tirecraft. This is my second time using Tirecraft. The first time was tires for my trailer, the second time was new tires for my truck. Both times the shop was extremely courteous and professional. Price was very competitive with anywhere else I looked. For my truck order, the tires weren't in so they ordered them for the next day. Truck was finished in one hour. Probably the easiest servicing I have ever done. In, and out. Zero hassles. This is definitely my tire place from now on.
