The Goodyear Ultra Grip Ice WRT for cars and minivans is a studless directional winter tire for rim diameters from 15 to 20 inches. It has a sweeping tread block style with many sipes designed to give the best possible traction on ice, while the sweeping voids funnel water away from the road surface, increasing traction even further.
Goodyear has enhanced the Ultra Grip Ice WRT with a premium winter compound to give it superior traction on ice surfaces. As the weather gets colder, you won’t lose your grip as the compound allows the rubber to remain soft. New proprietary 3D TredLock Technology keeps the shoulder blocks locked together during cornering, increasing driver control. 2D blades in the center of the tread pattern give you great starting and stopping assistance by offering a ridged area for traction. This tire is eligible for the Highway Auto and Light Truck Tire Replacement Limited Warranty. That way if you do have any issues with your eligible tire, you can relax knowing Goodyear will take care of the replacement costs.
