COVID – 19 Notice

To All Valued Customers and Community Partners:

At TIRECRAFT, the health and safety of our team and customers is always our top priority. With risk levels of Covid-19 upgraded to serious, it is imperative that we prevent further spread. Although we have zero reported cases of COVID-19 across the TIRECRAFT network, we are working to be extremely diligent to ensure your safety.

To our TIRECRAFT customers:

• If you feel unwell, please reschedule your visit. We will absolutely accommodate you.
• When dropping off your vehicle, we will greet you outside – please do not enter the show room.
• If transportation is required, we’d be happy to provide free shuttle or vehicle pick-up and delivery if possible.
• Please request any accommodation that brings you comfort. We will do our best to oblige.

What you can expect from our TIRECRAFT staff:

• We will not allow anyone who feels unwell or lives with anyone who is unwell to come to work.
• Most showrooms will be closed to the public. Where we interact in person, we will maintain a safe distance.
• Our TIRECRAFT will explain process for pick up, including leaving keys safely in vehicle.
• Staff will not shake hands with customers, but virtual hugs are encouraged!
• We are committed to increased diligence in cleaning and disinfecting common surfaces including:
  • Customer keys and vehicle Interiors we service;
  • Counters, door handles, debit/credit machines, keyboards and mice and showroom items;
  • Regular cleaning of washrooms.

These efforts are put in place with our collective safety in mind. It is our purpose to continue to provide a safe environment for you, our team and the entire community while continuing to ensure your vehicle is safe.
