I went in yesterday morning because I had a flat tire caused by a rim weight. The tire was not salvageable, but they found me a suitable replacement that didn’t break the bank. From the minute I walked in to the moment I left I felt like I was well taken care of. I was lucky that they had a cancellation that morning, and they were able to fit me in right away despite the fact that I was Walk in. The atmosphere inside Elgin tire craft was great. You could tell they have a good rapport with their customers and each other. I would highly recommend Elgin tire craft for all of your automotive needs

Brought my Honda Accord for an alignment. Honda dealer had told me that they couldn't fix it. These guys rectified the alignment and the aligned the steering wheel. Thank you guys. The car drives so straight. This was my first time visiting this place.

Was putting up my Christmas lights today and noticed my car was getting a flat tire in the back. I panic because it's a Saturday and see that Elgin Tirecraft closes in 15 minutes. I call them anyways and they say they do repair tires and that they'll take me in immediately. I don't live far away, they were ready for me when I got there and stayed late to fix me up. They repaired two leaks and I was out of there within 20 minutes.

I have had MANY excellent experiences at Elgin Tirecraft. Rob and Gary (& Heather!) are always pleasant when I call and are quick to get my car in, fixed and back on the road. Can only review once so I keep editing lol December 21/23 - car was making an awful creaking noise in the front drivers side - fixed and no charge! They said Merry Christmas and sent me on my way. I would 100% recommend Elgin Tirecraft to anyone! July 5/24 - Today I called because my car started making awful grinding noises and I’m leaving on vacation tomorrow. They fit me in almost right away, diagnosed the problem, helped get some of it covered by warranties and then gave me a loaner car because they couldn’t get a part til tomorrow- you guys are simply the best. I appreciate you!! :) Another "above & beyond" experience I had was that I was at a vet appointment in St. Thomas and my car wouldn't start when I came out. I had my dog in the car and it was a VERY hot day. I called Elgin Tirecraft and got Gary on the phone. I told him what had happened and he sent someone out to get me up and running, at no charge, and also fit me in to get the problem fixed right away (he also said I could bring the dog to the shop!). I would definitely recommend Elgin Tirecraft! Appreciate you guys!

I would take my business else where if you’re not “friends” with anyone that works there !! It’s the time to take advantage of people… if you try and make an appointment all you will get is a rude answer “ few weeks “ !! Then a quick hang up !!
