I’ve used Tirecraft for 2 yrs for winter tire swaps and storage. Very friendly staff. This year we received a text message about items checked and OK. A photo included of brake pads soon in need of replacement. The same news I had just heard from my dealer and am going to opt for Tirecraft doing the brake job

I came in with a flat tire and they took care of me right away. It happened on the highway, my tire had a large cut on the sidewall. My wife's vehicle had a tire with a slow leak. They got me in on the same day I called. The inspected and repaired the tire while I waited and the price was very reasonable. Great service!!

I was in Waterloo for the day and had a slow leak. The technician removed the wheel and looked at it right away and showed me it was a cracked rim so they couldn't not repair it. He filled it up and there was no charge for his labour. Much appreciated, thank you. I would recommend Waterloo Tirecraft.

I have always been very happy with the service provided from Tirecraft Waterloo. From the minute you walk in the door and are greeted by the most cheerful and knowledgeable reception team to tire repair and seasonal tire changeover. Incredibly fast service - 90 minutes start to finish for a tire change, with less than 24h notice, at a busy time of year. Friendly and personal service, and better prices than Mr Lube for my new tire. Not only did they do a great job but they even tidied up the trunk after they were done. 10/10!

Great service as always at Tirecraft. Everything was ready & the tire swap was done in less than the estimated time. They are great at doing the follow up torque check at 100km as well. Always helpful with any questions I have. They also do my regular car service with good results. Very pleased.

I have been coming to the Waterloo Tirecraft for close to a decade if not more. Their work has been exemplary and they have gained my trust and respect. Although I had been dealing with Udo alone at first I now feel totally comfortable with Andrea, Jay and Billy. They have always been pleasant and they do not overstate the time it takes to do the job. They always explain what has to be done and what if any other issues may come up at the same time depending upon what is being repaired. I am particularly thankful for them being able to fix my car the same day as sometimes I have not given much notice. I realize they are busy and can't always do it but they always rise to the challenge. Laughter is the best medicine and there is plenty here! Bottom line it's a great place to repair your vehicle and it's the people that keep me coming back! I would be remiss if I didn't provide a shout out to the crew that actually does the repairs! Andrea and her team are great to deal with. If there is a twist in the original plan for service, they have the solution. Very accommodating.

I was able to get an appointment quickly for my wheel alignment. It only took an hour and their lounge was comfortable. It’s one of the few, or maybe only, places to go in KW for alignments for modified vans (ours is modified for a wheelchair user). The base of our van is lowered, and the other shops have barriers that prevent the van from aligning properly on the machine.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. The mechanics and customer service agents were extremely helpful, even when they were overburdened they made the time to accomodate me in my hour of desperation. I wish I weren't leaving Ontario because I would definitely keep coming here for all my maintenance and tire needs!

I had been told by my Toyota dealership that a tire on my car could not be repaired and they offered me a couple of new tire options, both over $325 installed. I went to Tirecraft as they offered a better selection of tires at a better price. When I arrived at the location, I explained to them about my damaged tire and how I had been told by Toyota that it could not be repaired. Instead of just selling me a new tire, they looked at my damaged tire first and imagine my surprise when they said they could fix it no problem. And the repair would be covered by warranty for the life of the tire! Such integrity and excellent customer service is a rare thing these days and very appreciated.
