I own a first of kind of vehicle and although we were not successful if finding a wheel to fit and clear rather large brakes with 2 very expensive wheel combo’s. He refunded all my money despite going through some obvious expense and time. Integrity! Hard to find...

I was looking for new wheels for my winter tires, they had the size I need only the offset was less then my original. David order them for in, for less then website price, then he took his time to car fit one tire, back and front, to make sure no issues. Great service, David was nice and professional, I be going back to them in future.

found 4 firestone tires on their web site for$100.73 each total $541.16 called at 915am but the service advisor was too busy he would call me back never did called back at 3pm now the same tires are $127.00 each total $658.96 on his web site his reply " must be a different location" they only have 2 locations richmond hill told me to call markham (closer) he did give me $50.00 off to me looks like Bait and Switch then they put the old tires in old dirty superior tire bags and put in my car been in the automotive trade 50 years never seen anything like this will not deal with them again

Owner told me that my car and struts was messed up because it had a -2.0 camber on the rear. Thankfully I took it to another shop that knew what they were doing. Turns out that the spec for my rear wheels are actually -2.0. You can also confirm from their replies below that they are indeed arrogant...

I went there to ask if they can remove a stuck headlight bulb in the socket. I was ready to wait or even come back when they can work on it. They asked me to leave the car there which I didn't want to do. The issue isn't that he asked me to leave the car but he was so arrogant about it. When I asked him if I can come back later, he said "you can keep coming back as many times as you want but we will work on your car only when have a slot". Yeah, no thanks. I don't feel comfortable leaving my car with someone as hot headed as you.

Owner seemed friendly at first then became a 'mr know it all'. He started giving me attitude for a situation that was out of my control. Like another reviewer said "arrogant boss". Must have been picked on in highschool... Also, the owner told me I have to wait outside which understood due to covid, however when an older asian man came in right after me he let him sit inside after they exchanged a few words in their native language. There are lots of better shops in this area. I suggest going elsewhere.

I got set of 4 new winter tires and wheels from David Chow @ Carhouse. While all the big retailers and mazda dealership had no wheels in stock, David was able to arrange for wheels and tires in one day and had a good variety of wheels available on short notice. Many more options than any of the big chain retailers and mazda dealership on such a short notice. He was very helpful and explained whatever his team is going to do on my car and explained all the charges on the bill in details . He kept me updated on whatever is happening on my car. I appreciate him taking time to explain everything in detail . A week later had a flat tire and I wanted to file claim under manufacture's warranty. While the paperwork is responsibility of customer, he helped me file claim and get my tires replaced within 2-3 hours with approval from manufacturer. A 100% recommended carshop where I would never hesitate to take my car. Totally satisfied and super happy with the way they treated me. Very nice staff !!

Carhouse is the hidden gem of a shop with people you can trust! They always offer the best service are are very honest with what needs to be done now and what can wait (and what they recommend etc). I would never take my car anywhere else. My whole family uses Dave and the team. Very reasonable prices and timely service - look no farther than Carhouse Markham!

Very bad - I brought my Mercedes ML in for a emission test a year ago and was told to replace rotors and pads. So I did. It was $1,300+. Then my hand brake hasn't worked since then - did it bother me? Sometimes when I park on the slope, but really hate the time spent going back. I would never go back unless there's something really urgent that needs to be done. A big disappointment!

Had my Macan in for the 4 year maintenance service (Spark plugs, filters, alignment, oil change). Everything was done on time and for a much lower price than the dealership. Booking an appointment was quick and easy, didn't require a week booking in advance.

Dishonesty, I had already gotten a quote with a price, but when I ask them again if I can repair my car as soon as possible, they just change the price and said: this is the price we gave u, if don't like it, we can't help. Is that just because I didn't speak English to them? lol

Dropped by this morning since car had problems starting. David took my car in right away and replaced the battery and in less than an hour, I was heading home. Great friendly service at great prices! Raymond

A+++ business. I can't say enough good things about the family owned business. Peter and Dave were the ones I had the pleasure of dealing with our unique situation, that came at a very difficult time for us. I'm grateful for what they did with all aspects of our vehicle and finding a solution to alleviate some stess.
