Can’t say enough great things about this business. I called them this morning and told them I was in sort of an emergency situation. The gentleman Brandon, who answered the phone has the best customer service. He was so informative, helpful and kind. He knew that I didn’t know a lot about tires and he walked me through different price points and features to make the best decision for me. Not only did they have my tires in stock. They were able to get me in that afternoon. They quoted me an hour and a half time and they were done in under an hour. I’m sorry I can’t remember the tire technician, but he’s an absolute machine at changing tires. They also gave me a quote and when I went to pay, it was actually less than they had quoted originally, which is so nice in this day and age where everyone is feeling the pinch of finances. Everyone there is so friendly and just make you feel so welcome. I’m confident to say that this is the place that I will always get my tires. Thank you so much to everyone at Tirecraft Brantford for your kindness and your speedy service. You are literally saving my life on the road and I can’t thank you enough.

I got tires put on the front of my car at this location... don't use the one on west street in brantford (different review lol) Tires came in promptly, tech got the tires mounted and balanced and I was on my way, I was pleased to see a tire tech line up the yellow dot with the valve stem, lightest spot on the Tire is the yellow dot on the side wall and heaviest point on the rim is where the valve stem is located. Seems like a small thing but every other shop over looks this and some say it isn't a thing. Anywho I will be returning for winter tires in the next month or so.

The team at Brantford Tirecraft provided excellent service and found the perfect rims and tires to meet our vehicle’s needs. There was a small issue with our 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee, as the aftermarket TPMS sensors wouldn’t sync with the vehicle. Despite their efforts to resolve it, they discovered through research that this was a unique anomaly with the 2024 model. What stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction—they ordered OEM sensors and installed them at no additional cost. Their dedication to ensuring everything worked perfectly was impressive. For anyone looking for top-notch service for their tire needs, Brantford Tirecraft is the best choice. Highly recommended!

I took my Jeep to Tirecraft in Brantford with a screw in my front passenger side tire. They checked the tire, removed the screw and told me that it wasnt punctured, so no repair required and no charge. A business that is honest and not out to just make money at all costs is hard to come by these days! This is an honest business that values its customers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
