Went for wheel alignment, they found out that ball joint was messed up and replaced it before the wheel alignment. Work done was perfect and smooth Would definitely recommend this to my friends

If you are looking for an automotive shop this is your stop. A smaller Company trying harder to make it big by giving superior service and only fixing things that need to be repaired. My experience with Guy, the service manager and the mechanic were top notch.

We are long term customers with 2 vehicles. Six vehicles in total have been maintained over the years. There has never been a major problem with any repairs. When minor problems have arisen- they have been dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. Always professional, always pleasant. We will continue to trust their work.

There are no second first impressions, and this place made a great first impression. They performed an emergency tire repair, not only expeditiously, but with an informative attitude. It was the same informative manner that brought to light an additional unknown issue which requires attention. Their courtesy, humor, professionalism and humane side (via food donation bin) are all evident upon first sight. I, therefore, shall return to Tirecraft for any and all future car needs that fall within their umbrella of service. They may never know how much one tire repair saved a slew of potential issues, including what would have been the following day's loss of wages for a hospital worker, who travels long distance to work.
