I used to go to KalTire in Kingston but had a couple of negative experiences. Black dog have been very accommodating both times. This last time they were very busy… but managed to fit me in . I will definitely be using them in the future.

Quick and painless

This is the second set of tires I have purchased from Black Dog. They match/beat any price and are ALWAYS faster than any of the competitors (AKA CT). Great service and now my "Go To" team for new tires/rims. That said, the folks at the front desk could be a bit more friendly? I think I must have pissed them off somehow??? Don't know, but I hope that they have a great Thanksgiving.

Popped in to have a tire patched on my F150. Dave was awesome and the service was excellent. We discussed the repair and I also asked about possibly having to replace my tires. Dave measured the tread and suggested a tire rotation was all that was needed. No pushy sales or attempts to up sell. Definitely recommend Black Dog for any tire assistance. Yesterday (June 16, 2022) I dropped my car off to get new tires. After I left I got a phone call from one of the technicians who advised me that I still had proper tread left in my tires. I told him I would still go through with the installation. As a first time car owner I was not overly familiar with tires however that was very honest service. After getting the new tires I noticed a huge difference and I’m glad I made that call to replace the tires. Blackdog can definitely count on my return for future business. I will be telling others about this. Strongly recommended!

Stopped here to have 4 new drive tires put on the front axle of my Freightliner. Everyone there was awesome. Super friendly service and very prompt! The boys who swapped the tires out were fast and efficient. Recommended.

Two of my tires were decimated by a nasty City of Kingston pothole out on HWY 15. I called Black Dog just before close on a Wednesday. Lindsay was super helpful and friendly, offering multiple tire choices. The tires I picked were delivered to the shop within two days and my car was repaired by Friday morning same week. The other shop I called told me I'd have to wait over a week. Considering my car is my current source of income, I greatly appreciate the prompt & professional service.

Came in with a bent wheel from to a giant Kingston pothole. The guys were super friendly and helpful.

They exceeded my expectations. Not only did they source and find the specific tire I was looking for, they got my Nissan Kicks in right away. Very courteous staff who will go the extra mile. They bagged my next to new tires that came off my new Nissan, so they wouldnt mess up my back cargo space, so i could take them home to sell. Clean waiting area. I have already recommended them to many friends.
