Due to a misunderstanding over the phone of the length of the wheelbase of my vehicle they were not able to accommodate at this location, however Gabby stepped up and made some phone calls and was able to get somebody out with mobile alignment equipment the same day only 40 minutes later than my initial appointment. I recently bought new tires, rims, and TPMS sensors for my car, and also had TPMS added to my wife’s vehicle. Crystal and Gabby were incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Their attention to detail and friendly approach made the experience a great one. Awesome service with this team. First time I had my car looked at and serviced here, they had me in a couple days after I called to book an appointment. This was winter tire season, so a couple days was almost nothing to wait for the small issue I had. They were able to drive me home and pick me up while my car was there, which I really appreciated. Last night, I had an issue with my car again. I called this morning and they are able to work on it today and tomorrow. They were transparent on how long it could take, and a lot of places aren’t. Can’t say anything about the finished product yet, as it’s still in the shop, but I’m expecting good results. They were even willing to take a look at some other smaller problems such as weather proofing and the windsheild wipers. I’ve dealt with the assistant manager, Paula Heisler, twice now, and I’m especially pleased with her customer service. She knows her stuff and she’s helped me with multiple questions I had. I love how fast this team is and how good they are with their customer service. Thank you

Recently spoke with Crystal who was quickly able to assist me in the repairing of a leaky tire (it was Gord that did the actual work!) on our Vollenteers Mobile Command Centre prior to an event. Safety is our #1 Priority at events and for our team on the road. the whole concern was handled quickly, efficiently, and with no additional travel needed from me. What a time saver. Edit: after a couple visits for various things I can’t recommend this shop enough, the staff are amazing, it really makes all the difference going to a place that treats its customers/their vehicles as well as they do. Never a fun time finding out your car is needing some money thrown at it... but the staff here are extremely knowledgeable, literally finding and notifying me of a large issue in 10min that Guelph Honda's "Master Tech" completely missed. They booked me in quickly after parts were ordered, and had my car fixed by early afternoon after dropping it off.

These guys are absolutely amazing! I purchased a Mini Cooper a year ago from mini London and immediately after buying the car they quoted me 8500 for a new turbo. I came to these guys less than a month ago for a second opinion and they confirmed I didn’t need a new turbo and charged me less than 1300 to fix my car. I will forever be grateful for a team like this. I won’t bring my car anywhere else. These guys are fantastic and not to mention, such personable people. I could talk to them for hours! Such an awesome team!!
