Went back again 10 months later to get new tires. The tires hadn't arrived yet, but they were again happy to return my car directly to my doorstep later that day.

Excellent customer service and a great job! I called this morning about a flat tire on my Jeep. They sent someone out within 20 minutes of my call! They took off the tire on my driveway, went back to the shop to patch it and then brought it back and put it back on. Everything was done within two hours of my initial call! I’m very impressed and will be giving them my business in the future.

100% recommend! I called them right near closing about a tire issue because I couldn’t inflate one of my tires. They said to come right away and successfully put air in my tires and cleared the indicators. They were so great and I appreciate how quickly they were able to help me.

5/5 Stars I'm extremely grateful for the exceptional service I received at Tirecraft Woodstock! On my way from London to Toronto, I experienced a sudden tire pressure loss and was fortunate to find this location. Despite being extremely busy, the team went above and beyond to assist me. They quickly assessed the issue, finding large nails in my front tire, which unfortunately was beyond repair. Although they didn't have the exact tire in stock, they still took the time to remove the damaged tire, swap in my spare, and reconfigure my tires for safe driving. What truly impressed me was the kindness and generosity of the customer service representative. She not only wished me a safe journey but also provided valuable guidance on safety precautions with my spare tire. And to top it all off, she didn't charge me a SINGLE penny! Thank you to the entire team at Tirecraft Woodstock for your outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of tire services!

Brought in a punctured tire, and they had it fixed and inflated in less than 30min. Top notch customer service at the counter, and effective work in the shop. I wish other shops did the same. Great job!

Had a breakdown on the side of the road. Called up Tirecraft to see if they could find the same Tire I had on my vehicle. They found it very quickly and had me in the next day installed and on my way. Very happy with the service great atmosphere in the shop highly recommend to anyone looking for tire service.

My truck was in for 2 steer tires and an alignment.. I had uneven wear and a terrible shake at 110km/h... Tech had some difficulty with the alignment but ended up getting it spot on... No pulling side to side and smooth ride!!! Very pleased!!!

I brought my Audi in to replace my two front headlight bulbs, and get an oil change. They were super friendly and nice. They didn't charge for the labour to do the headlights. They said we can do it while we are doing the oil change. With a lot of garages these days trying to squeeze every penny out of you, it was nice to see there are still places willing to give you a little break here and there. I was pleasantly surprised! Great service!

Super fast service. Called on a Friday. They got me in on a Monday for my alignment. Within the 1.5 hours they called and it was done. Very nice people and my car no longer wants to drive outside the lines.!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The service is very good! They helped me when they discovered one of the four tires I provided them had a 2 inch tear, making it unusable. They only charged me for three tire swaps even though it probably took them longer to deal with the faulty tire I bought off Kijiji- "We are Tires" (con man, big mistake).
