Have been here a few times without complaint for some minor things, but the most recent experience caused me to reduce my rating to 1 star. In for a safety inspection required to buy out our vehicle at the end of lease, they were incredibly rude to my wife on the phone. They told her that if we didn't use their supplied NAPA rear brake pads and rotors (which weren't actually required per a dealer service a few weeks prior indicating rear brakes at 30% remaining), we would have to pay for the safety inspection again "as they couldn't get the Honda parts.". This is absurd. I have never heard such a thing. They argued to my wife that the NAPA parts were superior. Nonsense. Not only are they thieves, looking to charge for work where it isn't required, they then hold the customer hostage by suggesting another safety inspection would be required if we brought our own parts, since the vehicle was already on the lift. Ultimately, I had the Honda parts to them in 25 minutes and they did the work and completed the safety, but I certainly don't trust their work was good quality given their attitude and will now have to check their work to make sure the pins are cleaned and greased, calipers cleaned and greased, that no caliper or pin bolts were overtorqued and stripped and that they actually used the parts I provided. Why bother going to a mechanic. I would never even think about going back to this business the way that they speak to customers. I will add that when I brought them the brake parts, no one spoke to me the way they spoke to my wife. Read into that what you will.

Took a flat truck tire to them Friday afternoon. They put a new tube in it. The stem was not centered and came out crooked. I took it back Saturdy at 800. They were closed. Took it back Monday at 800. They wanted me to leave it. A technition finaly took it in and brought it back out shortly, said that was the best they could do. Good rim, almost new tire, and a new tube and the stem still coming out crooked was the best they could do??? uneven pressure on the sides of the stem will undoubtedly cut the stem..Quite a concern...

Had a nail in my tire dropped in see if they had time to fix it .Bingo not even a half hour and it was done .And the adjusted air in other three tires .Awesome.

⭐ One Star Because Zero Isn’t an Option If you're looking for a mechanic who adds “bonus tools” to your vehicle and considers zip ties a legitimate long-term solution, look no further! After bringing my car in for an oil change I left with a mystery clunk in my wheel well — surprise! It was a PRY BAR left inside my car. Yes, a full-sized metal tool just chilling inside like it was a new performance mod. I discovered it after driving away. Because, you know, safety is optional? When I asked about the horrifying metallic scraping sound, they confidently told me: "Oh, that’s just a rock that fell into your brakes." Right, a rock that somehow managed to impersonate a pry bar. Oscar-worthy performance. Only after I pressed for a real explanation did they sheepishly admit, "Yeah, that was ours. Oops." N o apology. No call back. Not even a free oil change to go with the heart attack they gave me. As for the brake cable I specifically asked them to fix? They didn’t touch it. Totally ignored it. Instead, they let it drag until it completely chewed up my rear rotors — the automotive equivalent of letting a toddler run with scissors. And to top it all off? They cut the bolts off my skid plate and then zip-tied it back on like it was a middle school science project. If I wanted my car held together with craft supplies, I’d have gone to Michaels. Do yourself (and your brakes, and your blood pressure) a favor: go literally anywhere else. Unless you want the full surprise-tool-and-lie-to-your-face deluxe package

Where do I honestly begin ! Amazing service and staff I have dealt with Hank's Tire craft on a few occasions and unfortunately always when I was in a jam and needed my vehicle to help bring income in for my family during these crazy years When they give you a price , you don't need to second guess ...they deal with your issue and they listen to you like your a real person ! They go over and beyond with customer service and the work they do ...it's like family when you deal with them!! I'm going to stop cause I could go on all day . My 76 year old mother would like to give a big hug as well to everyone there ...as she was stuck with an exhaust issue and the guys went over and beyond to get her back on the road . She didn't expect the car to be fixed before 1pm the next day but the guys got the parts in asap and she got a suprise call that the car was ready before 9 am the next day ! If you have a mother on the road then you want ppl like these guys out there that treat your mom like they would treat their own mom .. Had tubes installed in my compact tractor tires. The young lad was very knowledgeable and professional and completed the job in good time. I was happy with the service and the price. I would highly recommend Hank's Tirecraft.

Didn't align my back wheels when asked for full alignment. Didn't say anything when I picked it up. I took it back because I was not happy. Then they said they didn't do rear as bolt was seized! Then they could not align it properly anyway. But gave me no advice on what to look at next. I would question the competence.

Brought my car in friday afternoon as it needed tla new starter, they said they would get to it monday afternoon. They checked the car out still friday to confirm and fixed the car before 10am on monday. Price was good too. Very satisfied with the work. Been going there for years

Left a atv tire for new tube, they don't call back or answer thier phone, and $85 is ridiculous price to have 1 tube installed... will not return to hanks... Back in the day this would have been the only place I'd use.. shame..

We were on our way home to Woodstock from Ottawa. Canadian Tire would not even look at us until the afternoon (it was 10 in the morning). Hank's took us in right away and fixed our tire quickly and got us on our way. Very pleasant, prompt, friendly service. If I lived in the area, you would be my go to garage.

Very expensive for a tire change - 4 tires mount/demount and balanced for 190$ size 21 inches. I’ll shop elsewhere next time around.

The day before our weekend event we were desperately searching for a shop that would install our (somewhat specialty) tires on rims. Everywhere else either refused to do the work due to it being unorthodox or unfamiliar, or told us it would be another week. Hanks let us drop off that morning and pulled it out of the bag to have them installed by the end of the day. Helped us out big time, made our day and saved our weekend!
