A proprietary rubber compound gives it long lasting treadwear and has very little rolling resistance for better fuel mileage. The 18/32” tread depth will keep you on the road longer between tire changes and reinforced STEM-2 construction will allow for greater retreadability. A five rib tread design has multiple circumferential chutes to clear away water from the road surface for greater wet traction. Contoured groove walls provide additional stiffness and help to prevent irregular wear. There are also over 6000 sipes that serve as additional biting edges in every condition and stone ejectors that help prevent rocks from drilling into the tread.
